• Guest House: Our charming guest house offers another bedroom & bathroom, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. This space is conveniently located near the pool and available throughout your stay. The guest house bedroom is only prepared for larger groups (over 8 guests) or upon request, for those seeking extra privacy. Enjoy the added comfort of air conditioning in throughout the entirety of the guest house.

Your Outdoor Oasis:

• Poolside Bliss: Take refreshing dips in the large pool and bask under the Umbrian sun. Relax on comfortable sun-beds, shaded by double-wide umbrellas. Enjoy poolside meals at the large dining table, surrounded by lush views. Pool towels are provided for your convenience.
